A special workshop on the theme “Growth Mindset Workshop – From Survival to Scale” was jointly organized by Drishti Foundation and its Quiver initiative in collaboration with the Tricef Incubation Center, Gondwana University, Gadchiroli. The workshop was held on 7 May 2026 at Srushti Celebration Hall, Gadchiroli.

The session was guided by Mr. Tarun Arya (Vice President – Operations). During this interactive workshop, participants received guidance on important topics such as entrepreneurial mindset, leadership qualities, innovation, business growth, and the ability to adapt to change.

Entrepreneurs from various parts of Gadchiroli district, along with startups operating under the Tricef Incubation Center, enthusiastically participated in the event. Through experiential learning, discussions, and interactive sessions, the participants got an opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial perspective.

During the program, Vrushank Sorte, Chief Executive Officer of the Tricef Incubation Center, guided the entrepreneurs and emphasized the importance of the right mindset, continuous learning, problem-solving abilities, and socially impactful innovations for becoming successful entrepreneurs. He also stressed the need for entrepreneurs to work not only towards business growth but also towards social transformation.

Riya Hindocha, Manager at the Tricef Incubation Center, was also present at the workshop. The workshop proved to be an effective platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and inspiration for entrepreneurs, further strengthening the efforts of the Tricef Incubation Center in empowering emerging entrepreneurs.
